From this, we will plan our initial goals and action plans to begin the first steps of behaviour and lifestyle changes. Changes happen from small goals and practice. At the end of our first consultation, we will check how many consultations you need to help you reach your goal.

Successive Nutritional Consultations:
In our successive consultations, we check your progress, difficulties and thus trace new strategies to reach your goal and improve your health.
Individualized meal planning designed together with you to connect your nutritional, routine, and emotional needs.

After the consultations, I offer weekly support through WhatsApp with guidance and tips. I help you find the best way to achieve your well-being. Learn to be your own expert.
Mindful Shopping

There are 2 appointments.
The first appointment is online or in person and I will help you with planning, organization, menu ideas and how to choose food in a more conscious way, respecting your life routine and preferences.
Second meeting, we go to the market together and explore the possibilities and varieties.

Couple's Nutritional Consultations

Nutritional Counselling Program: Now it is the time.
It is a program to help you keep motivated and achieve your goals.
Consultations are every 15 days or 21 days.
How does it work?

3 phases:
First phase: Awakening time
From 2 to 4 consultations: It is the time for you to organize your routine (food planning, sleep, management of stress, body movement) and be more connected to your body, mind and food. You will learn about types of hunger, emotional eating, mindful eating, intuitive eating, self-love, and compassion, respecting your body, quality food plan.
Phase Two: Gentle Nutrition time
From 2 to 4 consultations: how to build a nutritious and delicious a plate, learning the food groups, food classification, planning your meals, food portions, and food quantity intake in 24 hours. Your health starts on the plate (how to help with health issues),
Phase Three: Connecting with your true expert.
From 2 to 4 consultations: retain everything that was learned, understand your difficulties, recognize relapses, and atypical situations, evaluation of the clients' results.
